{"id":793,"date":"2022-10-11T23:18:37","date_gmt":"2022-10-12T04:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=793"},"modified":"2022-10-11T23:19:40","modified_gmt":"2022-10-12T04:19:40","slug":"cumplimenta-pgje-orden-de-aprehension-por-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=793","title":{"rendered":"CUMPLIMENTA PGJE ORDEN DE APREHENSI\u00d3N POR HOMICIDIO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022 El infante falleci\u00f3 por asfixia mec\u00e1nica en su modalidad de estrangulamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Erika N. por el delito de homicidio, suceso acontecido en el municipio de Apizaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los hechos asentados en el expediente, el 2 de octubre del presente a\u00f1o, el padre del menor se percat\u00f3 que \u00e9ste ten\u00eda erupciones en las manos, piernas y espalda, por lo que al llevarlo al Hospital Infantil de Tlaxcala (HIT) le diagnosticaron exantema, d\u00e1ndole el medicamento correspondiente para tratar su enfermedad, sin embargo, el menor amaneci\u00f3 sin vida desconoci\u00e9ndose en ese momento las causas de la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan, adscrito a la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito, Atenci\u00f3n Integral y de Justicia Alternativa de Apizaco, integr\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en la que se deriv\u00f3 la causa de muerte por parte del \u00e1rea de servicios periciales: asfixia mec\u00e1nica en su modalidad de estrangulamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n aport\u00f3 otros elementos que coadyuvaron con el trabajo de representante social para que el Juez de la Causa otorgara el mandamiento judicial, el cual se ejecut\u00f3 en la localidad referida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado refrenda su compromiso de hacer cumplir la ley contra qui\u00e9n o qui\u00e9nes atenten contra la vida de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG-20221011-WA0020-1024x614.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-792\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG-20221011-WA0020-1024x614.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG-20221011-WA0020-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG-20221011-WA0020-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG-20221011-WA0020.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 El infante falleci\u00f3 por asfixia mec\u00e1nica en su modalidad de estrangulamiento.
