{"id":3137,"date":"2023-10-16T23:22:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T04:22:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3137"},"modified":"2023-10-16T23:22:09","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T04:22:09","slug":"colabora-pgje-con-procuraduria-del-estado-de-hidalgo-para-reaprehender-a-hombre-por-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3137","title":{"rendered":"<em>COLABORA PGJE CON PROCURADUR\u00cdA DEL ESTADO DE HIDALGO PARA REAPREHENDER A HOMBRE POR FRAUDE<\/em>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) colabor\u00f3 con la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) para reaprehender a Raymundo N., por el delito de fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231016-WA0012.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3138\" width=\"351\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231016-WA0012.jpg 339w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG-20231016-WA0012-294x300.jpg 294w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 351px) 100vw, 351px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el mandamiento judicial emitido por un Juez de Ejecuci\u00f3n del Segundo Circuito Judicial de Tulancingo, elementos policiacos de la Procuradur\u00eda de Hidalgo realizaron las indagatorias correspondientes y el hombre fue localizado en la entidad tlaxcalteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, personal de la PGJEH solicit\u00f3 el apoyo de la Procuradur\u00eda de Tlaxcala para la b\u00fasqueda, localizaci\u00f3n y detenci\u00f3n del hombre. Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de ambas corporaciones llevaron a cabo un operativo de b\u00fasqueda y el imputado fue localizado en el municipio de Nanacamilpa, donde le hicieron saber los derechos que le asisten como persona detenida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la PGJE hicieron entrega del masculino a personal de la Procuradur\u00eda de Hidalgo, con el objetivo de que sea presentado ante la autoridad competente y responda por el delito que se le acusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado trabaja de acuerdo con los protocolos que marca la ley y conforme al convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre fiscal\u00edas y procuradur\u00edas para la ejecuci\u00f3n de mandamientos judiciales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) colabor\u00f3 con la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) para reaprehender a Raymundo N., por el delito de fraude.
