{"id":3050,"date":"2023-09-28T01:17:28","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T06:17:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3050"},"modified":"2023-09-28T01:17:30","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T06:17:30","slug":"cumplimenta-pgje-orden-de-reaprehension-por-robo-calificado-y-homicidio-calificado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3050","title":{"rendered":"<em>CUMPLIMENTA PGJE ORDEN DE REAPREHENSI\u00d3N POR ROBO CALIFICADO Y HOMICIDIO CALIFICADO<\/em>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) cumplimentaron una orden de reaprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Pedro N., por los delitos de robo calificado y homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos asentados en el expediente refieren que, el imputado acompa\u00f1ado de otros tres masculinos ingresaron a una distribuidora de leche y lesionaron a un hombre provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte, por ello, elementos policiacos del municipio de Calpulalpan implementaron un operativo de b\u00fasqueda y el imputado fue localizado en la carretera Nanacamilpa-Ixtacuixtla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y present\u00f3 los datos probatorios suficientes ante el Juez, quien determin\u00f3 librar el mandamiento judicial.
