{"id":3038,"date":"2023-09-28T00:15:01","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T05:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3038"},"modified":"2023-09-28T00:16:12","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T05:16:12","slug":"obtiene-pgje-vinculacion-a-proceso-en-contra-de-masculino-por-violacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/?p=3038","title":{"rendered":"<em>OBTIENE PGJE VINCULACI\u00d3N A PROCESO EN CONTRA DE MASCULINO POR VIOLACI\u00d3N<\/em>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Resultado del trabajo realizado por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), un Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a un masculino por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, en agravio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia, el representante del fuero com\u00fan expuso los datos probatorios suficientes que acreditaran la responsabilidad del indiciado en el delito de violaci\u00f3n y el Juez de la Causa resolvi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del masculino, vincul\u00e1ndolo a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos asentados en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n refieren que, el ahora imputado -padre de la adolescente- la agredi\u00f3 sexualmente, adem\u00e1s de amenazarla para que no contara lo sucedido; sin embargo, la progenitora de la menor se percat\u00f3 de lo ocurrido y present\u00f3 la denuncia correspondiente ante el representante del fuero com\u00fan de la PGJE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que, el pasado 20 de septiembre agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado trabaja en estrategias que coadyuven a hacer cumplir la ley a toda persona que atente contra la integridad sexual de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"358\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/IMG-20230927-WA0014.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/IMG-20230927-WA0014.jpg 358w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/IMG-20230927-WA0014-300x251.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resultado del trabajo realizado por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico del fuero com\u00fan de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), un Juez de Control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a un masculino por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, en agravio de una menor de edad.
