(Redacci\u00f3n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Tlaxcala, obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Guillermo \u201cN\u201d, Javier \u201cN\u201d e Ismael \u201cN\u201d por su probable participaci\u00f3n en la comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de robo de veh\u00edculo automotor del servicio federal de carga, secuestro expr\u00e9s agravado y posesi\u00f3n de veh\u00edculo robado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementos de la Secretaria de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) quienes realizaban recorridos de seguridad sobre la carretera Ixtenco-Zitlaltepec, observaron un autom\u00f3vil conducido a exceso de velocidad, por lo que solicitaron al conductor detener la marcha a lo que hizo caso omiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al verificar las placas de circulaci\u00f3n del citado automotor en el registro p\u00fablico vehicular (REPUVE), este arroj\u00f3 que contaba con reporte de robo vigente por lo que se continu\u00f3 con la persecuci\u00f3n y sobre un camino de terracer\u00eda el autom\u00f3vil volc\u00f3, de el descendieron cuatro personas, una de ellas quien manifest\u00f3 que minutos antes otras tres personas lo llevaban privado de su libertad y lo hab\u00edan despojado de su cami\u00f3n con placas del servicio p\u00fablico federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, los imputados fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF) quien inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia inicial el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n, vincul\u00f3 a proceso a los imputados por los delitos antes se\u00f1alados, dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y fij\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"801\" src=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-20230206-WA0008-1024x801.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-20230206-WA0008-1024x801.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-20230206-WA0008-300x235.jpg 300w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-20230206-WA0008-768x600.jpg 768w, https:\/\/xn--inditonoticias-ckb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-20230206-WA0008.jpg 1512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>06 de Febrero 2023 \/ Tlaxcala, Tlax.
